Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we handle returns personally. If something isn't right, please reach out through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a quick note with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Recovery Box subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time. Because each box is curated and prepared for you, we're unable to accept returns on boxes that have already shipped — but please let us know if anything inside isn't up to standard.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
