All products are handcrafted in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items. Made-to-order products require an additional 3–5 business days for crafting before they ship. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Recovery Box subscriptions are arranged and invoiced personally by our team. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Subscriptions remain active until you request a change.
Stocked items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order products need an additional 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands, but we'll always help track down a missing shipment.
Because our products are handcrafted and personal-care items, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
