Orders are hand-packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
We ship across the United States. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Recovery Box subscriptions are arranged and invoiced personally by our team. Monthly boxes ship around the same time each month; quarterly boxes ship once per quarter.
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out through our Contact page.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, let us know right away and we'll make it right.
